(Losartan) is a drug that blocks the binding of angiotensin II-A-II in the cell and helps in treating high blood pressure. Cozaar drugs helps for the treatment of hypertension, either alone or with combination to other medicines. Cozaar medications treat the agent, which contract the blood vessels and block the blood to flow freely resulting in increase of blood pressure.   It cures the agent that regulates the salt and water balance in the body if it is not function properly. It restricts the chemical produce in the blood that blocks blood vessels from flowing and cause high blood pressure. It generates potassium salt and regulates the development of pressure in the blood.

 

The dosage of depends upon the condition of the patient. It is available in table form 30mg, 40mg.
